Most Healthcare companies offer a plan that cover Chiropractic services but the amount of Chiropractic coverage varies by health insurance plan and healthcare company.  Health insurance companies pay by codes and each service has a particular code as does the provider.  Healthcare companies will state that they cover Chiropractic services, but may limit the number of times a Chiropractic code can be used.  Some Healthcare plans will pay for unlimited visits while others will limit the amount of Chiropractic visits a patient may been seen.  Often these insurance companies will pay for codes that are not specific to Chiropractors but are used by the provider.

When selecting a Healthcare plan, it is important to determine your needs, not just the price.  A lower deductible often equates to a higher copay or limited services while conversely a healthcare plan that requires a higher copay or deductible will frequently allow for more frequent visits or cover more services.

Understand that the word "cover" simply means that a healthplan will pay either the whole amount (minus the deductible and or copay) or simply just a percentage.  You are ultimately responsible for paying for your care so it is advisable to be familiar with your coverage.
